A bit about us

With a beach that bears my name I feel so happy and excited to start off a wee business down in Ballydonegan. Well now! Adam Donegan here, I fell in love with the Beara Peninsula about 10 years ago and over the years of regularly visiting the parents place in Castletown I decided to make the move in 2021. I am living in Tuosist, but on a fine day you might find me anywhere on the Peninsula be it on a bike, paddleboard, mountain or togging out with Beara United. Ive travelled the world but for me Beara and its people are one of a kind. Beara abu!

ALICE HUGHES: I was born at the start of Gleninchiquin and just up the road from Coornagillagh beach so I have always been spoiled by beauty. I adore the Beara Peninsula and after years of travelling and living abroad, I am delighted to be sharing our love of sea swimming and then feeling the heat in our beautiful ew sauna. I’ve worked in Allihies before with my sister at the scrumptious Beara Barista food truck so we know we could not be in a better place to start up our very own business. I really am Alice in Wonderland down here!
